RETURN POLICY

1. All sales are final and cannot be cancelled once placed. We do not accept returns or exchanges, due to sanitary reasons.

2. If a product is damaged (manufacturing damage), we will take responsibility and replace it once evidence of the damaged product is provided and the item is shipped back to us (we are not responsible for the shipping charge). We cannot replace or exchange used items.

3. We only offer refunds with store credit; please note that we do not refund money under any circumstances. (SHIPPING FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE)

4. If the shipping address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered back to our warehouse, you are responsible for the extra shipping fee in order for us to ship it again.

5. Please note that when an item is described as a "pre-order", it means that your entire order will be shipped the date the item arrives to our warehouse. If you order other items along with the "pre-order" item, they will also be delayed. If you wish to receive the other items first, separate orders need to be placed.

   

 

GENERAL INFO

We work from Monday-Thursday and orders take approximately 1-6 business days to ship. Please be patient and read our policy before you order.  

Emails and Direct Messages (via Instagram) take approximately 5-15 business days to receive a response. Please note that the wait time is extensive due to high traffic and if you email us repeatedly it could potentially cause further delay on your request. We work on a first come first serve basis.

Store credits or claims are only valid 24 hours after receiving the package; after that we cannot offer store credits or exchange any merchandise.

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF THE ADDRESS PROVIDED IS INCORRECT AND THE PACKAGE IS DELIVERED TO THE LOCATION. UNLESS WE HAVE EVIDENCE OF AN ERROR ON OUR END. ***WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE.***

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES. 

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYED PACKAGES BY USPS.

AT THE MOMENT WE ARE EXPERIENCING A LOT OF TRAFFIC AND ORDERS CAN TAKE AN EXTRA 2-6 DAYS TO SHIP.

2. Orders cannot be modified or altered once they are placed.

3. We are not responsible for damaged products as a result of USPS mishandling.

4. Please allow 2-6 extra business days for orders to process and ship.

5. We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged products unless it is a manufacturing damage, which can be claimed for up to 24 hours after receiving the package. If you contact us after more than 24 hours have passed, we have the right to reject the claim.
